We would be pleased to assist in securing a tenant and advise on rental, lease term, tenant obligations and compile Heads of Terms for your Solicitor to draft the formal lease document.

We can also act as Managing Agents on your behalf - Terms/Fees available upon request.

RESIDENTIAL MANAGEMENT

There are two levels of service.

1: LETTING ONLY:

Here we will secure a tenant, take up references, prepare the Tenancy Agreement and Inventory.
Collecting the first month's rent and bond plus informing the Local Authority and Utility Companies of the new occupier details.

2: LETTING AND MANAGEMENT

As (1) but we also make regular inspections of the property and collect the rent on your behalf.

The firm is experienced in dealing with properties throughout the area, with the ability to undertake marketing on a nationwide basis in addition to any specialist publications such as Daltons Business.
